A serene and vibrant morning set the perfect stage for the celebration of International Yoga Day at Vagdevi Vilas School, Varthur on 21st June, 2025. Yoga Day is a tribute to India’s ancient gift to humanity, promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
A speech on the benefits of yoga by Class 10 student, highlighting its transformative power for body, mind, and spirit.
Omkara chanting, led by yoga instructor Kum. Nirupama, filled the hall with calm and purity, creating a sense of deep inner alignment.
Shloka chanting lead by Sri. Naveen, invoking peace, positivity, and blessings, further elevated the collective atmosphere.
A captivating Formation of Surya Namaskar, with students performing twelve asanas as a spiritual offering of gratitude and mindfulness.
A group yoga display by Grade 5 students impressed all with their flexibility, balance, calmness, and positive energy.
A melodious song on yoga by students inspired the audience to embrace yoga as a way of life.
As the program drew to a close, heartfelt gratitude was extended by the anchors to everyone whose efforts ensured successful conduction of the event.
The day served as a powerful reminder of the value of yoga in daily life, inspiring all present to continue the journey toward holistic wellness.
