“It’s better to live your own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitation of somebody else’s life with perfection” -bhagavad gita

KRISHNA JANMASTAMI was celebrated by the pre-primary students of Vagdevi Vilas School, Varthur, on 22nd September (Friday).

Children came dressed up as little Krishnas and Radhas. The programme started with an invocation song by the students of L.K.G followed by eloquent and fluent speech delivered by U.K.G students in English and in Hindi conveying a message on the life of Lord Krishna and the significance of Janmashtami celebrations.

Nursery students mesmerised the audience with their dance and shloka chanting. U.K.G children chanted a few verses from Bhagavad Gita with lot of devotion and perfection and also gave the meaning of these verses in English.

All the little Krishnas and Radhas of L.K.G showcased their talent through a beautiful dance performance. Chief guest of the day, Shri K.Harish, Chairman of Vagdevi Vilas Institutions, delivered a motivational speech. Guest of honour Kum.
